Nigerian singer Omah Lay has postponed the remaining dates of his Clarity of Mind world tour after suffering a knee ligament injury. In a post shared on X on Monday, the “Soso” hitmaker said all shows from October 30 onwards would be put on hold so he can fully recover.

The tour, which kicked off on September 25 in Edmonton, Canada, was scheduled to continue across several continents before wrapping up in Warsaw, Poland, on November 30. Omah Lay told fans he needs four to six weeks to heal and promised that new dates and ticket updates would be announced soon. “I’m heartbroken to share that due to a knee ligament injury, all CLARITY OF MIND TOUR dates from October 30th onwards are postponed,” he wrote.

The announcement followed earlier reports that the singer was taken to hospital in Los Angeles after sustaining the injury while rehearsing an acrobatic stunt for a music video. Fans have since flooded his page with messages wishing him a speedy recovery.
