The pair, who welcomed a son together in November 2025, were recently seen together at Diggs’ Diggs Deep Foundation Mother’s Day wellness event in Washington, D.C., where they were photographed sharing affectionate moments and smiling for the cameras. People reported that Diggs held Cardi around the waist and kissed her on the head while they posed for photos, adding fuel to the ongoing reunion rumors.
A source told People that the energy between them may be shifting in a better direction. According to the source, Cardi “pulled away from the drama in February,” after trust issues led her to step back and focus on her kids, her music, and her tour. But the source also said the “WAP” rapper “never closed the door completely” on Diggs, and that he “stepped it up a few weeks ago and showed her that he wants to make it work.” The insider added that the effort was enough “to get her attention,” because “she still cares about him a lot.”
The public sightings back that up. Before the Mother’s Day event, Diggs attended one of Cardi’s tour stops in April and was later seen with her at an afterparty, which reportedly helped spark the current round of reconciliation chatter.
